The new The Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS23) includes a clear expectation that social landlords engage with their tenants on implementation of the new standards. So, what should this look like and what approaches should landlords be taking to comply with this expectation and to reap the benefits of effective tenant engagement?

Be part of this NEW workshop session where we will share and explore our good practice framework for Tenant engagement in WHQS23, which landlords will be able to adopt and adapt to meet the needs of their organisation and its tenants.

The framework is designed to help ensure landlords are taking the right approach in putting the voice of tenants at the heart WHQS23.

As well as exploring the right approach to take, the session will support you in unpicking complex issues, include time for reflection and provide you with an opportunity to come together to explore practical ideas. 

The session is designed for all those involved in delivering WHQS23:  including staff responsible for the strategy and implementation of the standards; staff leading on Tenant Engagement; Tenant Liaison Officers; and Tenants

• Once we have received your cancellation, we will forward you a confirmation of your cancellation.
• For our paid events please note, one paid registration may only be used by one person, and the sharing of joining links /screens is prohibited. Therefore, each person attending this event must have a separate registration.
