The new The Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS23) includes a clear expectation that social landlords engage with their tenants on implementation of the new standards. So, what should this look like and what approaches should landlords be taking to comply with this expectation and to reap the benefits of effective tenant engagement?
Be part of this NEW workshop session where we will share and explore our good practice framework for Tenant engagement in WHQS23, which landlords will be able to adopt and adapt to meet the needs of their organisation and its tenants.
The framework is designed to help ensure landlords are taking the right approach in putting the voice of tenants at the heart WHQS23.
As well as exploring the right approach to take, the session will support you in unpicking complex issues, include time for reflection and provide you with an opportunity to come together to explore practical ideas. Please Note: the session will focus on Tenant Engagement practice, rather than communications for tenants.
