Thursday 27^th June: 10.00am - 11.15am - Measurement, reporting and tracking.

In this final session we will unpack the measurement, reporting, and tracking the new standard. We will explore key metrics, deadlines, and indicators to assess performance, track progress, and make informed decisions. Gain valuable insights into developing transparent robust reporting mechanisms to drive continuous improvement and accountability.

This session forms part of five-part online programme of comprehensive training sessions, designed to unpack WHQS2023 into digestible information to equip housing professionals, tenants and board members with the essential knowledge and skills to get WHQS right and enhance tenant satisfaction. Should this be the case we will give you as much notice as possible. If you have already paid for the cancelled event we will give you a full refund.
