The cost of living and energy crises have been making people ask themselves how to lower their energy bills, causing Net Zero housing and affordable warmth to quickly become the hottest topic in Welsh housing.

But, when we look at Net Zero housing, there is tons of jargon, technologies, and policies that are mentioned in the space, making it hard to grasp what low carbon housing really means for you, your home, or your organisation.

TPAS Cymru is here to help! This in person session will guide you through some of the introductory terms and ideas that you need to know about Net Zero, along with up-to-date tips on getting tenants engaged with Net Zero and making Wales more low carbon.

This session is suitable for tenants and staff members who seek to deepen their knowledge and understanding of low carbon homes and their implications for your organisation and for Wales.

Cancellation Policy – for paid events

• All cancellations for paid events must be made by email to [email protected]  If you cancel your place less than 2 working days before the online event you will incur the full cost.
• If you are unable to attend, you can send a substitute delegate at no extra cost.  All substitute delegates must be notified to [email protected]
• If you fail to attend a paid session, you will be charged the full cost of attendance.
• Once we have received your cancellation, we will forward you a confirmation of your cancellation..

We aim to make sure that all events run as planned. However, there may be times when, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have to cancel an event. Should this be the case we will give you as much notice as possible. If you have already paid for the cancelled event we will give you a full refund. Should we run the event again, we will give you priority
