Working together to create safe and happy communities
Our sold-out National ASB Good Practice Summit is returning for another year! Join us for this essential ASB online summit, where we’ll share best practices from across the U.K. This is the chance for us to unite as a housing sector and share some of the innovative approaches, research, policy, and practices in housing surrounding ASB.
Year after year, we are reminded of the devastating impact of ASB on tenants' and communities' well-being despite the hard work of landlords to tackle these challenging situations in our communities.
In both our 2022 and 2023 Annual Survey of tenants in Wales, ASB was ranked as the number one thing tenants would change about their community. In our 2023 Annual Survey, 21% of social housing tenants reported that their landlords should prioritise dealing with ASB urgently.
So, how can we tackle ASB in our communities together? What’s next for the sector and the nation?
Join us at this key summit to hear from a range of sector experts who will share various approaches, strategies, and experiences in tackling this important issue.
As landlords and tenants across Wales report record-high incidences of ASB among their communities, we’ll hear the latest on how we can work together to keep all communities in Wales safe, happy and cohesive.
