Our 1 day in-person network is back for 2024! This is your opportunity to join together with others in similar roles and be part a of our new Housing Hive - giving you the opportunity to learn, problem solve, share and network with other professionals.

During the day we’ll be zooming in and focusing on topical key themes to support your work, including:

• Social media and digital engagement: what works for you and your Tenants? What platforms are relevant now? How to avoid the risks?
• Rents – Tenant consultation & communications – what methods work? What do Welsh Government expect landlords to do?
• Marketing your offer – how can you best promote and communicate engagement opportunities for your Tenants? How can you reach those who are seldom heard? From FOMO to incentives, what works best? 
• What will be trending? – identifying the issues landlords will need to communicate and engage Tenants in going forward.  A chance to get ahead and ‘future proof’ your engagement and comms plans.

As it is an in-person event, we’ve limited places so that it is comfortable for you to relax and enjoy the day and to network with others, with a cabaret table seating room layout.

• All cancellations for paid events must be made by email to [email protected]  If you cancel your place less than 2 working days before the online event you will incur the full cost.
• If you are unable to attend, you can send a substitute delegate at no extra cost.  All substitute delegates must be notified to [email protected]
• If you fail to attend a paid, online sessions, you will be charged the full cost of attendance.
• Once we have received your cancellation, we will forward you a confirmation of your cancellation.

We aim to make sure that all online events run as planned. However, there may be times when, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have to cancel an event. Should this be the case we will give you as much notice as possible. If you have already paid for the cancelled event we will give you a full refund. Should we run the event again, we will give you priority
