At TPAS Cymru, we believe Net Zero can’t be achieved without early and meaningful tenant involvement. Yet we have heard from many officers that gaining access and trust is becoming more difficult. That’s why we have created a series of four sessions to break down the problem, listen to tenants, gather cross-sector insights, and find practical solutions.

Session Thress: Focus Group B – Tenants curious about Net Zero

Tuesday, 1^st July 2025: 2pm to 3pm

This session invites tenants who haven’t yet had Net Zero work done but are open, curious, or looking to better understand what it’s all about. Their views will help shape future messaging, myth-busting, and engagement efforts.

We will explore:

• What they currently think or feel about Net Zero
• What kinds of support or reassurance would be most helpful
• What concerns they may have - and what would make the journey easier

This is a chance to listen to those on the edge of engagement and better understand how to bring more tenants on board from the start.

Note: Tenants will receive a voucher for participating.
