About this series

At TPAS Cymru, we believe Net Zero can’t be achieved without early and meaningful tenant involvement. Yet we have heard from many officers that gaining access and trust is becoming more difficult. That’s why we have created a series of four sessions to break down the problem, listen to tenants, gather cross-sector insights, and find practical solutions.

Session Two: Focus Group A – Tenants who have had Net Zero work done

Monday, 30^th June 2025: 2pm to 3pm

In this focused tenant-only discussion, we will be speaking with tenants who have already been through Net Zero upgrades in their homes. It’s time to listen - what went well, what didn’t, and what advice they would give landlords looking to do the same.

We will explore:

• What helped build trust - was it a newsletter, a visit, or something else?
• How they felt before and after the work was completed
• Tenant feedback on the literature and user guides

This is an important session looking at what really works when it comes to engagement, grounded in lived experience. The insights from this group will directly inform future support and messaging across the sector.
