Tenants Network November 2021

Thursday, 4^th November 2021: 11.00am – 12.30pm

We will be joined in the November Tenants Network by Matt Dicks, Director, CIH Cymru who will be giving information about the new CIH Professional Standards framework.

The new framework is developed around seven key characteristics that CIH believe should underpin a housing professional as they go about their daily work.

Matt will be asking you as tenants, about your expectations from the people that work for your landlord.

As always, there will also be an opportunity for you to network with other tenants from across Wales.
