Tenants Network March 2022

Tuesday 29^th March:   1.30 – 3pm

Join us online for our ever-popular Tenant Network.  During the March network we will be joined by representatives from Welsh Government to give an update on the Renting Homes (Wales) Act.

They will be looking at some frequently asked questions from tenants:

• What does the new Act mean to social housing tenants? 
• When will the new Act start?
• Will the new Act increase my rent?
• Will the new Act change my rights as a tenant?  
• Will tenants have to sign a new contract?  

Numbers for this network are limited so to make sure you reserve your place we suggest you book as soon as possible!

This network session is also an ideal chance to meet other tenants from across Wales and share news and good practice about involving tenants in the big issues/decisions.  If you’re a regular to our networks we’ll be pleased to see you again, if you’re new to our network you’ll be made very welcome.
