The January tenant network will be looking at the serious challenges facing social landlord repairs and maintenance teams and how this could impact the services provided to tenants.
We will be joined by repairs and maintenance staff from ClwydAlyn in north Wales who will talk about some of the issues they are facing when dealing with reactive and planned repairs e.g. cost and availability of materials; recruiting and retaining staff; Covid etc.
