Be part of this free ‘members only’ networking style event to meet with reps from other organisations to share and explore ideas and approaches on how to make tenant satisfaction surveys work.

During this Roundtable we will focus on some key themes, including:

• How are you ensuring responses reflect your whole Tenant profile?
• How are you increasing response rates? – methods, promotion, marketing, methods
• How are you involving Tenants in looking at the survey results and shaping service improvement?
• You can also ask about particular issues.

Who should attend – this essential session is suitable for all involved in satisfaction surveys, such as staff working in:  tenant engagement, service performance, data analysis, business improvement, customer service, communications etc
