This Officers Network will provide us with the chance to discuss what your plans are when it comes to engaging with tenants and professionals in 2024. How are you approaching the important topic of tenant engagement , are you trying anything new?

Let’s discuss our plans and ideas as a sector, to share best practice examples and more. This informal Tenant Engagement Officers Network will provide you with the opportunity to showcase your practice, explore ideas and find solutions together, as a housing community.

This is an opportunity to talk openly with peers and explore what’s working, what’s missing and what will make a real difference.
