Getting more tenants involved: what works?

This event is free and exclusively for TPAS Cymru members.

As a sector, we all would like more tenants to be involved and to have a say, including tenants we don’t usually hear from. So, how can we achieve this and what approaches work?

Join us at our next informal Tenant Engagement Officers Network where we will explore ideas and solutions together. 

Perhaps you want more tenants filling in your surveys or more tenants to get involved in panels and forums. Maybe you’re trying to make sure your tenant voice panels reflect a larger proportion of your tenants.

Let’s talk about it as a housing community. Does ‘branding’ help do incentives work? What have you tried?

TPAS Cymru will share some thoughts and ideas and there will be opportunities to ask questions and share approaches and practice with other delegates present.

This is an opportunity to talk openly with peers and explore what’s working, what’s missing and what will make a real difference.
