Staff Network – WHQS23 & Tenant Engagement

Tuesday 7th January 2025: 1pm – 2.30pm

The new Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS23) includes a clear expectation that social landlords engage with their tenants to shape their programme of works.   It also requires an annual compliance statement to be published by each landlord and tenant engagement is one of the areas that they are required to report on.

This is a network session to enable you to share practice, thoughts and ideas, ask questions and share approaches and practice with other delegates present.

The session is designed for all those involved in Tenant Engagement in WHQS including staff responsible for the strategy and implementation of the standards; staff leading on Tenant Engagement & Tenant Liaison Officers

The session is free and exclusively for staff from TPAS Cymru member organisations
