Consultation with tenants: What’s worked? What hasn’t? Lessons learnt? Top Tips?

Communication about rents: Methods used? Transparency and openness? Topics to cover e.g. Value for money; how your rent is spent etc.

All staff involved/interested in how rent setting consultation and communication takes place within their organisation
