Setting up a Tenants’ Project Group – how to make it a success

This essential half-day training session/workshop will look at good practice and Top Tips for setting up a successful, inclusive and resilient Tenants’ Project Group.

Tenant Project Groups or Panels are a great way for tenant’s voices to be heard and to co-design services.   A group can also be set up as a ‘task & finish’ project focussing on a specific theme such as such as WHQS23, Rents & Affordability, EDI or communications

During the practical session we will be looking at:

• Purpose and intended outcomes
• It’s all about the planning – is the organisation ready?
• Action Plans or Programme of work – why they’re important
• How to make a Project Group representative and inclusive
• What will help make the group work?
• How to help a Project Group be sustainable for the future

This session is FREE and exclusively for TPAS Cymru members and is suitable for staff and tenants who are involved or are interested in setting-up a Tenants Project Group.
