Good practice workshop with the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales

Be part of this new workshop to look at good practice procedures and positive complaint handling relating to repairs and maintenance services, disrepair, and damp and mould.
Hear from Michelle Morris, the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales who will share the latest thinking and insight and how landlords should use their repairs related complaints to learn and improve services .
You will also hear from Matt Harris, Head of the Complaints Standards Authority who will share their thoughts on how social landlords can deal with complaints in a constructive way, benefiting landlord and tenants.

The delegate rate is for one person not a group booking – a charge will be made for each attendee: each attendee needs to register individually. All cancellations for paid events must be made by email to [email protected] If you cancel your place less than 2 working days before the online event you will incur the full cost.

If you are unable to attend, you can send a substitute delegate at no extra cost. All substitute delegates must be notified to [email protected]

If you fail to attend a paid, online sessions, you will be charged the full cost of attendance.
