Renting Homes Comms Club

With The Renting Homes (Wales) Act (RHWA) implementation date of 15^th July 2022 looming, our next Comms Club will focus on getting your RHWA comms right for tenants.

There will be opportunities to ask questions/share good practice with other delegates present, as well as exploring comms ideas and plans.

We’ll also be joined by representatives from Welsh Government’s RHWA team who will give an update on implementation and comms plans.

Who should attend?

The online network session is for Staff from Housing Associations and Local Authorities involved in implementing and communicating Renting Homes - it is exclusively for TPAS Cymru members.

Things to know:

• This is an online session via Zoom
• Places are limited so book early
• Breakout rooms may be used to enable discussion and sharing of practice
• As it is an interactive session you will be asked to turn cameras on
• The session will not be recorded
