In this cost of living crisis, rent setting for next year is the hottest topic across housing news, social media and housing policy. We have seen both calls for rent freezes and calls from landlords saying rent needs to go up to maintain services.

In September 2022, we launched our most important Pulse survey to date looking at the subject of Rent and what this means to tenants. We heard your voices and we’re ready to share our report.

This event will share the key observations and takeaways from our Pulse survey which encapsulates the voices of tenants from every county in Wales. Tenants gave their views via an online survey and through 2 focus groups.
