During this one day training workshop we will look at:

• Who are your tenants and residents?
• Why formal meetings aren't suitable for everyone
• How you can consult, share information and ideas with other tenants and residents without them having to attend a formal meeting
• How to raise awareness about what you do and the successes you've had with all tenants and residents 

Terms and Conditions

1. TPAS Cymru CANNOT accept any provisional bookings.
2. Written confirmation is required for all cancellations. Cancellations received before the closing date will be refunded, minus an administration fee of £15.00 plus VAT. No refunds will be processed after this date.
3. Registered delegates who do not attend the conference will be liable for payment in full unless written communication is received by the cancellation date.
4. Any changes, such as names, made to the bookings after the closing date will incur an administration fee of £15.00 plus VAT per change.
5. TPAS Cymru may have to cancel this event. In this case we will refund any payments received. We will not refund any costs you may incur as a result of the cancellation.
