Officers Network – The Future of Tenant Pulse

Wednesday, 22nd May 2024:  10:30am - 12noon

Tenant Pulse is almost 7 years old; starting with just 45 tenant members in 2017, to a staggering 1900 members today. Whilst we are continuously learning ‘what good looks like’, we are keen to get the discussion going on how we can work together to ensure the tenant voice within our Pulse is being shared more widely within the sector.

Why attend?

Tenant Pulse is known as the National Survey Platform by Welsh Government and Policy Makers. It is used to shape legislative change, including rent policy etc. Tenants share their stories about their circumstances and their experiences of their landlords. We want to ensure that you are involved in this process, so that we can reach a wider audience of tenants. We want to know how you think tenant pulse can be better and which elements of tenant pulse you can use in your own data gathering. This will also be an opportunity to share best practice with other landlords across Wales.
