Alliance Homes have radically changed the way they do Tenant Involvement, including their approach to Tenant Scrutiny. Their aim was to make the involvement offered more representative and inclusive. They invested in new methods, such as their Scrutiny ‘Bootcamps’, to gain and understand the views of a wider range of Tenants. Hear how this worked and how residents are influencing and scrutinising services and retaining a local focus.

Behavioural/‘Nudge’ theory: Can it help us get more people involved?
