Tenants, landlords and communities face many real challenges ahead – cost of living, affordability of rents, raising housing standards, improving repairs services, going digital/digital transformation and decarbonisation of homes, to name a few. So how can the voices of tenants and communities be at the centre of identifying and deciding on solutions to these challenges?

Our national engagement conference is the place where tenants, staff and decision makers meet to debate and discuss the latest housing and community opportunities, learn from good practice and explore ideas and solutions.

We’ve lined up a fantastic range of guest speakers discussing the latest housing and  community news. You’ll also be able to choose from an exciting range of workshop session, plus there’ll be plenty of time to chat to others attending and share thoughts and ideas……so you won’t want to miss out!

Opening our conference this year will be Julie James MS,  Minister for Climate Change.

The Minister’s responsibilities include  housing and housing-related activities of Local Authorities and housing associations, including housing management and the allocation of social and affordable housing.

• Day delegate options include refreshments and lunch but not the evening meal or accommodation.
• Accommodation at the Metropole can only be provided for delegates booking the full residential options.
• TPAS Cymru CANNOT accept any provisional bookings.
• Only one delegate per booking form will be accepted. 
• Written confirmation is required for all cancellations.  Cancellations received before the date of Friday 28th October 2022 will be refunded, minus an administration fee of £30.00.  No refunds will be processed after this date.
• Registered delegates who do not attend the conference will be liable for payment in full unless written communication is received by the cancellation date.
• Any changes, such as names, made to the bookings after Friday 28th October 2022 will incur an administration fee of £15.00 plus VAT per change. 
• TPAS Cymru may have to cancel this event.  In this case we will refund any payments received.  We will not refund any costs you may incur as a result of the cancellation.
