Our next Local Authority Network for tenants, staff and LA members will be focusing on good practice in Tenant Participation.
Join us for this informal, interactive Local Authority Network when we will hear from two Local Authorities who’ve recently received recognition for their Tenant Participation/Engagement.
Tracy Lennon – Tenant Participation Manager North Lanarkshire Council, Scotland, will talk about their best practice in Tenant Participation & Partnership Working which helped them recently achieve a gold rating in the TPAS Scotland - Tenant Participation Accreditation.
Emma Warwick, Head of Service for Business Development and Change at Hull City Council, shares insight into the various traditional and digital involvement opportunities on offer from Hull City Council, as well as sharing findings following the recent award of the Tpas Exemplar Accreditation.
