During her presentation of the report findings Kai will be considering:

• Whether the voices of minority ethnic tenants are being heard? 
• What are some of the key issues ethnic minority tenants face when engaging with housing providers? and
• What should housing staff be doing to effectively engage diverse communities?

This session is for tenants, staff, senior managers, Board members, LA members and anyone interested in hearing about ways to engage with diverse communities.
