Join us for this exclusive presentation by Kai Jackson, a respected tenant advocate, Tpas England Associate, and author of the groundbreaking report ‘Is there a seat at the table: Ethnic minority voices in tenant engagement'.

During her presentation of the report findings Kai will be considering:

  • Whether the voices of minority ethnic tenants are being heard? 
  • What are some of the key issues ethnic minority tenants face when engaging with housing providers? and
  • What should housing staff be doing to effectively engage diverse communities?
