Following last year’s successful one day conference, we’re pleased to announce the fantastic programme for this year’s Creating Great Communities event suitable for volunteers and staff.

What is it? This essential conference will look at examples of current best practice in approaches to ‘Creating Great Communities’. This event will motivate, inspire, and inform all those who attend.

Who should attend? This essential event is a must for social landlords, residents, third sector organisations, community volunteers, statutory agencies, charities, and voluntary groups so book your place now.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

  • All prices are exclusive of VAT
  • Options do not include accommodation. If you wish to stay at this hotel you will need to book this direct with them on 0292 078 5590.
  • The *distance discount applies to those bookings from organisations based 50 miles or more from the venue
  • TPAS Cymru CANNOT accept any provisional bookings.
  • Written confirmation is required for all cancellations.  Cancellations received before the date of 23 June 2023 will be refunded, minus an administration fee of £30.00.  No refunds will be processed after this date.
  • Registered delegates who do not attend the event will be liable for payment in full unless written communication is received by the cancellation date.
  • Any changes, such as names, made to the bookings after 23 June 2023 will incur an administration fee of £15.00 plus VAT per change. 
  • TPAS Cymru may have to cancel this event.  In this case we will refund any payments received.  We will not refund any costs you may incur as a result of the cancellation.

Booking Guide

1. Enter your Name and E-mail address, and select the amount of tickets you would like to book, then click 'continue booking'.

2. If you are booking 1 ticket, enter your details and click "Save and Confirm Booking". You will then see your details in an orange box at the bottom.

3. If you have selected more than 1 ticket, add the first attendee’s information as in step 2, click "Save and Confirm Booking" and scroll back up to enter your second attendee. Repeat Step 3 until all your attendees have been added.

4. Once you have added all the attendees information, you will notice the "Add Delegate" button at the bottom change to "Save and Confirm Booking". Once you have clicked this button, you will see a green "success" box on screen, and you will receive an emailed confirmation that your booking has been successful.

5. Payment for the event may be made via BACs, or TPAS Cymru will issue an invoice after the event has taken place.
