There have been huge changes over the past two years which has resulted in us having to adapt the way we carry out scrutiny.

Hear from two landlords who have adjusted to working in a different way to make sure scrutiny remains inclusive and valuable to tenants and landlords for the future.

Bron Afon will be sharing their experiences of on-line working as a Scrutiny Panel.  What are the pros and cons?  How has this new way of working helped them to be more inclusive as a panel? How will the panel work in the future?

Live West will talk about their experience of the scrutiny process during the last 2 years and how they’re looking to the future.

David Lloyd TPAS Cymru will also share some practical ideas about how can we move Tenant Scrutiny forward to ensure it continues to make a positive difference to tenants and the services they receive.
