The 'Comms Club' May 2021

Join us for the next Comms Club – our incredibly popular Members Only event for staff involved in creating communication for Tenants/Residents.

James Shand from Tripartum will be joining us to present the ‘Art of the Possible’.  He will demonstrate how digital technologies can help those in Marcoms (Marketing Communications) improve the content being sent to customers bringing about change in brand identity, tone of voice, clarity of information and drive CX (Customer Experience).

TriPartum have been working in CCM (Customer Communications Management) for a number of years across different sectors. They entered the Housing sector some 5-years ago to bring their experience and insight to help with Rent & Service Charge communications being sent to customers. They have developed a number of solutions for Housing organisations which have delivered on VfM and improved the CX as well as business processes to delivery against regulatory timescales.

As part of this event, you are invited to send James copies of the types of operational documents you currently send to customers around Rent & Service Charges and in return he will provide a ‘free’ critique for you to demonstrate how things could be improved.
