Disrepair Roundtable - supporting and engaging with tenants. (Online session)

Following our first Disrepair RoundTable session in May we are holding a follow up session.

With the impact on tenants continuing to make headlines on TV and social media, join us for this essential Roundtable session to explore how the sector can best support and engage with tenants.

The session will enable attendees to share practise and learn from others. 

During this event we will focus on some key themes:

• Taking ownership – how are landlords responding to and dealing with reports and concerns about disrepair , what processes do you have in place?
• Tone – how are  landlords getting  the ‘tone’ of their communications and support right
•  Training – what training for staff/contractors is needed to support tenants and handle disrepair concerns effectively and sensitively?

TPAS Cymru will share some thoughts and ideas and there will be opportunities to ask questions and share approaches and practice with other delegates present.

This is an opportunity to talk openly with peers and explore what’s working, what’s missing and what will make a real difference to tenants.

Who’s the session for – this Roundtable session is for staff with responsibility for related areas such as: asset management, repairs, complaints and service improvement
