During the TPAS Cymru March Comms Club you will be able to hear from Orlo and how it helps 20% of Welsh housing organisations, plus many others across the UK, to increase engagement and improve resident satisfaction scores. Alex Griffiths (Head of Sales) and Hannah Yorke (Social and Digital Consultant) will talk about how by listening to and understanding your residents first, you can build trust and communicate more effectively. 

There will also be an opportunity to network and share good practice with attendees from across Wales. 

The online network session is for Staff from Housing Associations and Local Authorities involved/interested in communicating with residents/tenants.
