As social landlords scale up NetZero activities in terms of retrofitting existing homes, don’t miss this new workshop where we’ll explore what should be in place to ensure tenants are fully engaged.

Going NetZero is all about changes to tenants’ homes and behaviors, and tenants should be engaged in the ORP/ retrofitting process from the start.  Tenants are increasingly concerned about what retrofitting entails, what impact this will have on their homes and lifestyles and who’s paying for it all!

Using insight from tenants and lessons learned from previous ORP projects, we’ll share what social landlords will need to get right to effectively engage, inform, protect and support tenants to be part these changes.

• For our paid events please note, one paid registration may only be used by one person, and the sharing of joining links /screens is prohibited. Therefore, each person attending this event must have a separate registration.
