Over the last three months, we have been working with The Electoral Commission to hear the sector’s views and experiences with democracy and voting. We have also been working with tenants, staff, the third sector, and partners to increase tenants’ confidence in participating in elections. 

Now we’ve heard your views, we’re ready to act as a sector.  Join us for this online workshop session to learn more about how you could be talking about democracy in your community.  

In this workshop we will discuss: 

• How we can work together to break down the barriers to getting involved
• How we can increase confidence in democracy in our communities 
• How we can make sure we’re talking about democracy and engagement year-round 

There will also be an opportunity to network and share best practices with attendees from across Wales who are working in similar roles. 

The online workshop session is open to all tenants and staff
