Be part of our 3^rd  All Wales Disrepair Roundtable session , which will have a focus on damp & mould.

With the impact of damp & mould in tenants homes continuing to be a real concern, join us for this essential Roundtable session to explore how the sector can best support and engage with tenants.

The session will enable attendees to share practise and learn from others. 

During this event we will focus on some key themes:

• How has your organisation responded to the coroner’s findings into to the tragic death of Awaab Ishak in Rochdale.
• How are organisations responding to damp & mould related reports and complaints from tenants.
• Prevention – how is your organisation being proactive in preventing damp & mould in tenant’s homes

 We will also hear from Martin Ford, Head of Repairs Transformation, at Cardiff Community Housing Association about their approach to responding to and tackling damp and mould. 

This is a Roundtable forum to enable you to share thoughts and ideas, ask questions and share approaches and practice with other delegates present.

This is an opportunity to talk openly with peers and explore what’s working, what’s missing and what will make a real difference to tenants.

Who’s the session for – this Roundtable session is for staff with responsibility for related areas such as: asset management, repairs, complaints and service improvement
