Be part of this essential staff Roundtable session to explore and share how the sector is continuing to respond and support tenants in response to Tenant and sector expectations.
This is a Roundtable forum to enable you to network, share thoughts and ideas, ask questions and share approaches and practice with other delegates present.
During this next Roundtable we will focus on some key themes, including those identified in the PSOW report:

Access issues – how are organisation reducing issues around access for disrepair inspections and works whilst supporting Tenants?

Concerns, complaints v service requests – How are organisations handling reports of disrepair/damp & mould?

Pre-letting inspections – how landlords are ensuring homes are both in repair and fit for habitation at the point of letting?

Communications and information for tenants – What’s working? What sort of damp & mould related comms & info are having a positive impact?
What’s the aim of the session? - This is an opportunity for you to talk openly with peers, to share and explore what’s working, what’s missing and what will make a real difference to tenants.
Who’s the session for? – this Roundtable session is for staff with responsibility for related areas such as: asset management, repairs, complaints and service improvement.
