Decarb Week: Futuristic low carbon homes – what can tenants expect?

1)   This event is a 2-part event looking at Future Homes (this one) & Future Communities (pm).  Attendees can come to just one or we would love to see you at both.

In this session

1. Cartrefi Conwy: Adrian Johnson will give you an insight into their revolutionary new modular house building, where they produce low-energy homes with low running costs.
2. HACER Developments:  Carwyn Davies will inspire you via a pioneering scheme in Swansea city centre representing a radical new approach to living and working in the urban environment.
3. Wales & West Housing:  Grant Prosser and a tenant from Brackla will discuss how tenants are getting on living in new low carbon homes in Brackla (Bridgend). These innovative homes have new technology and heating systems so it will be good to hear about the tenant’s experience. Cancellation Policy – for paid online events

• All cancellations for paid events must be made by email to [email protected]  If you cancel your place less than 2 working days  before the online event you will incur the full cost.
• If you are unable to attend, you can send a substitute delegate at no extra cost.  All substitute delegates must be notified to enquiries@tpas.cymru
• If you fail to attend a paid, online sessions, you will be charged the full cost of attendance.
• Once we have received your cancellation, we will forward you a confirmation of your cancellation.

We aim to make sure that all online  events run as planned. However, there may be times when, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have to cancel an event. Should this be the case we will give you as much notice as possible. If you have already paid for the cancelled event we will give you a full refund. Should we run the event again, we will give you priority.
