Be part of our  All-Wales Roundtable session for staff , focusing on damp & mould.

With the impact of damp & mould in tenants homes remaining high on agendas, join us for this essential staff Roundtable session to explore how the sector is continuing to respond and support tenants.

This is a Roundtable forum to enable you to network, share thoughts and ideas, ask questions and share approaches and practice with other delegates present.

During this next Roundtable we will focus on some key themes:

• Preparedness for autumn/winter – what are organisations planning to prevent and respond to potential increases in cases during the coming colder months?
• Data – How are organisations using data to take a proactive and preventive approach to tackling damp & mould.
• Communications and information for  tenants – What’s working?  What sort of damp & mould related comms & info are having a positive impact?
•   We'll also hear from NCH about how they have been responding to damp and mould

The session will enable attendees to share practice and learn from others

This is an opportunity to talk openly with peers and explore what’s working, what’s missing and what will make a real difference to tenants.

Who’s the session for? – this Roundtable session is for staff with responsibility for related areas such as: asset management, repairs, complaints and service improvement.
