How can we ensure all Tenants have fair and inclusive access to landlord services?

Consumer Vulnerability in Housing – What is it? & How can social landlords prevent it?

Thursday, 13th June: 10.00am – 11:30am

Tenants are ‘consumers’ of a range of  services provided by their landlord, such as repairs, money advice and housing management, but can all Tenants easily access these services when they need them?
