Join us for this FREE bite-size online workshop by Consumer Friend, whose mission is to support consumers and businesses alike to ensure information, advice and education is simple and accessible to all.
The session will explore ‘consumer vulnerability’ in housing – what it is and how social landlords can assist all tenants by creating an inclusive service that supports all types of consumer vulnerability.
