Stockport Homes Group are in the first year of a hugely ambitious 5-year transformative programme that will overhaul and hugely improve the services provided to customers. The ‘SHG Digital Journey’ has at its heart collaborative service design with customers and sees them making their largest ever commitment to meeting the organisation’s, and their customers’ digital needs now and in the future. Central to these innovations is the engagement with customers to develop online services that work for them.
