Co-creation for tenant engagement: making it work

Thursday 1st May: 10am – 12noon

Be part of this new informative session to find out how using co-creation approaches for tenant engagement can really make a difference through residents and landlord staff working together to create services that work best for everyone.

Find out from our expert speakers from across the UK about how their landlord organisations are using co-creation to improve services, build trust and engage with tenants who have not previously been involved.

We’ll also explore how co-creation can help landlords to respond to latest policy issues and challenges in social housing in Wales, such as WHQS implementation, rent affordability and building safety and in meeting regulatory standards.

Expert speakers include:

Rachel Edwards, Co-creation and Engagement lead at Platform, will tell us why Platform introduced Co-creation into their customer engagement opportunities, how they include customers in the process of developing services from the very beginning, how co-creation works in practice and how it has helped to change the culture at the organisation.

Hear from Lizzie Brown of Greatwell homes about how they are putting Co-creation and Collaboration at the heart of all they do. Find out how they are bringing staff and tenants together using co-creation methods to improve services, including repairs service.
