Carrying out Engaging Tenant Satisfaction Surveys

Have you ever completed a survey and felt like it was boring or a waste of time? With a little effort, we can improve the effectiveness of our surveys so that they are more engaging, more people take part, and we get the information we need to act.

Join us for this brand-new online training session where we will be providing people with the tools needed to create relevant and engaging surveys and ensure tenants can express themselves fully and have their voices heard.

This session will be in the form of a fast-paced interactive workshop where discussion is encouraged. We will be covering the ins and outs of producing engaging satisfaction surveys from beginning to end. Throughout the session we will be looking into areas such as question types, common mistakes, hints and tips, and innovative techniques to make your surveys the best they can be.

This event is suitable for anyone who is involved in producing or distributing surveys, or anyone with an interest in measuring tenant satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy – for paid online events

• All cancellations for paid events must be made by email to [email protected]  If you cancel your place less than 2 working days  before the online event you will incur the full cost.
• If you are unable to attend, you can send a substitute delegate at no extra cost.  All substitute delegates must be notified to [email protected]
• If you fail to attend a paid, online sessions, you will be charged the full cost of attendance.
• Once we have received your cancellation, we will forward you a confirmation of your cancellation

We aim to make sure that all online  events run as planned. However, there may be times when, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have to cancel an event. Should this be the case we will give you as much notice as possible. If you have already paid for the cancelled event we will give you a full refund. Should we run the event again, we will give you priority.
