Listening to tenants in Wales: the current key concerns of tenants as heard by TPAS Cymru

As the national tenant engagement organisation in Wales, we listen to social housing tenants across Wales about what matters to them and what concerns them with regard to their homes and the communities they live in.

We have continued to listen to tenants through 2022 and we are now proud to publish our second tenant insight report, details the important insight we have heard from tenants. We hope this insight will help shape and influence decision making to ensure that housing in Wales meets the needs, priorities and reflects the voices of tenants.

From our tenant insight, we have identified five key themes which we explore in our September The Tenant Insight Publication here.  Tenant opinion and viewpoints are explored through this snapshot report, which explores the main areas which are concerning tenants as of this time.

This listening and learning forms part of our ongoing conversations with tenants across Wales, and we’ll continue to listen to and share their views.
