The second Annual National Tenant Survey
Are you a tenant renting in Wales?
We are proud to launch our second annual National Tenant Survey, exploring tenant views on their homes, communities and issues that really matter to them.
We believe the findings and recommendations offer valuable insight into the challenges tenants are experiencing right now, and how tenants feel about their homes and rent at this crucial time as we walk through the current cost of living crisis and rent debates in the housing sector.
We need your voice right now to make sure that you are represented in our report on tenants’ voices in Wales, and our future recommendations over the next year to stakeholders and Government officials.
Tenant Pulse is the official Wales-wide panel for tenants giving their views on the things that matter right to them. It was created 4 years ago by TPAS Cymru (under a programme of work supported by Welsh Government). It’s run quarterly on topical issues to help shape housing policy in Wales. It covers tenants of both social housing (Housing Associations and Council housing) plus private renters and those in supported housing.
TPAS Cymru would like to thank all of the tenants who dedicated their time to complete the surveys. We truly appreciate your time.
