Tenants Views on Affordable Housing in Wales

As you know from our previous blog, we submitted a consultation response to ensure a voice for tenants in the Affordable Housing Review. In addition to this, we sat on two of the ten workstream groups and worked with Welsh Government to develop a survey for tenants. Thank you to all of you that completed our Tenant Pulse survey, this has given Welsh Government a real insight into what tenants really think about developing new affordable homes in Wales. Your input, as always has been invaluable. 

The areas focussed on within the survey were: 

1) Layout of your home and running costs

2) How homes are built 

3) The rent being charged 

4) Your landlord 

5) Renting and home ownership 

6) Housing and communities
