Following on from our first Tenant Pulse on rent and service charges in 2022, we want to ensure the voices of tenants in Wales are heard. 

Last year, your views really helped, and TPAS Cymru presented your views to senior civil servants and to the Minister.

Did you know that every year the Minister responsible for social housing (Julie James MS) considers information and data to set an annual maximum rent cap that social housing landlords can apply?

Around Oct/Nov 2023, the Minister will announce the rent cap for next year! Welsh Government has asked TPAS Cymru to capture tenants' views on this.

We need your voice right now to make sure that you are represented in this decision. Your voices on this issue will be heard by the Minister herself.
