Rent and Service Charges affordabiltiy is important topic, have your say and mkae you voice heard in Wales

Are you a Social Housing tenant?  Do you rent from the Council (Local Authority) or a Housing Association?

Who are we?:

TPAS Cymru are an independent not-for-profit working in Welsh Social Housing since 1988.

We want tenants to have a voice when social housing policymakers consider rent and service charges.

Our independant Tenant Pulse reports on this topic have led to real change.

In 2022 and 2023, TPAS Cymru presented your views in our independent report to senior civil servants, including the Minister (now the Cabinet Secretary for Housing).

What do I need to do?

We've launched our 3rd annual survey on Rent & Service Charges, to hear the tenant voice in Wales on this important topic.

Why should I?

Your voice is needed now more than ever.

The survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete, and you can opt in to a free prize draw to win delicious Welsh food prizes.

Note: This is not suitable for private renters. We have a poll coming out soon especially for you.
