Good Practice Award Winners 2023: Discover more about the inspirational work and achievements across Wales.
We were overwhelmed with all the inspiring and brilliant submissions we received for our Good Practice Awards 2023 and wanted to share the amazing work of the winners with you.
This year, we were thrilled to be in Cardiff once again with tenants, staff and professionals from across Wales to celebrate and share some of this good practice and to support and inspire others.
Our 2023 winners and nominees were announced at our Gala Dinner and Evening Awards Ceremony at the Leonardo Hotel, Cardiff on the 5th July 2023.
The categories for 2023 were:
1. Communities Supporting Communities
2. Involving Tenants in Shaping Services
3. Communicating with Tenants and Residents
4. Tenant Team of the Year
5. Net Zero Tenant Engagement
6. Resident Support / Advice Programme
A Special Recognition Award was also given by the judges.
