Good Practice Award Winners 2021: Find out more about their work and achievements

We were overwhelmed with all the fantastic submissions we received for our Good Practice Awards 2021 and wanted to share the amazing work of the winners with you

The winners were announced at a special online ceremony on 15th December 2021.  

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we couldn’t hold our face-to-face Awards Ceremony.  However, we did not want the hard work of our members; landlords, tenants and communities to go unrecognised during this particularly difficult time.

For our 2021 event we created 5 Good Practice Award categories: 

• Communities Supporting Communities  
• Making Online Tenant Engagement Work
• Involving Tenants in Shaping Services
• Communicating with Tenants & Residents
• Tenant of the Year

The judges also presented a special recognition Award.
