Coronavirus / COVID-19 - TPAS Cymru Update

Due to the Coronavirus / COVID-19 outbreak the Staff and Board of TPAS Cymru have agreed to suspend our face to face events for the next month (up to 20^th April) whilst we get further information. 

At this present time, the guidelines are ever changing regarding meetings and events, but we believe it would be incorrect and unproductive to run these events currently as we wish to protect tenants and housing staff and to put our efforts into supporting landlords and partners’ focus on front line services.  We will continue to keep members informed of updates in policy, best practice and knowledge share via digital channels like email, website and social media member groups. We also have a strong track record of using webinars and online meetings and we are discussing several digital-lead events for the forthcoming period.

These postponed events include: 

• The Programme of Launch event – 18^th March – Conwy
• The Programme of Launch event – 19^th March – Cardiff
• Disability Network – 19^th March – Newport
• Supported Housing Staff Network – 25^th March – Colwyn Bay
• Officer’s Network West – 31^st March – Carmarthen
• Disability Network – 1^st April - Aberystwyth

With regards to the cancelled events above - we will be in touch directly with all delegates over next 24hours.  With regards to events post 20^th April 2020,  we will make a decision as the situation develops.
