All Wales Tenant Pulse: 3rd Annual Survey on Net Zero and Energy Efficiency
Our latest Tenant Pulse is focused on energy efficiency and attitudes to Net Zero. This is the third time we have run this type of survey. We were curious about changed behaviours as a result of the cost-of-living crisis, and how tenants look at Net Zero and low carbon housing.
We had the quickest response rate to date for our Net Zero Tenant Pulse with over 700 tenants across social housing and private renting tenants sharing their voice. We were delighted to have a wide demographic of tenants, and we hope to continue reaching young tenants.
We believe the findings and recommendations offer valuable insight into the challenges tenants are experiencing and how tenants feel about their homes and Net Zero.
Tenant Pulse is the official Wales-wide panel for tenants giving their views on the things that matter to them right now. It was created five years ago by TPAS Cymru (under a programme of work supported by Welsh Government). It is run quarterly on topical issues and helps to shape housing policy in Wales. Tenant Pulse covers tenants of both social housing (housing associations and council housing) plus private renters including students and those in supported housing.
If you are a tenant, why not join our Tenant Pulse database and have your say?
